How to update my credit card information

@orientsilk  - did you receive an error message when you entered your email?

 

Perhaps an account was never registered...this may have been the case if you activated in-store. If so, you can register for an account here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

 

Otherwise CSA's will need to be contacted to help you get back into your account: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent

 

 

Do you mean you clicked on the forgot password link or you blanked on your password. If so there is a link to take you to a security question to fix that.

From the https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/ , you would:

1) Click the "Payment" Tab.

2) "Manage my card - " in the mid-bottom of the screen

3) Click on "replace existing card"

4) Enter your new credit card information

5) Submit

watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond to you.

Log in to your account..click the Payment tab. Scroll down to Manage my Card. Then select replace or remove.
