PM doesn't offer direct service outside of Canada and the U.S. My suggestion would be to get a prepaid sim card when you get to the airport in the target country.

My suggestion would be if you are buying directly from Apple, get the online rewards like Aeroplan & Ebates. However, if you are buying an older model, sometimes stores may have them for cheaper like Amazon or staples or Costco.
