how do I make a payment if my account was put on hold because I got a new credit card. I can’t find where to add the new card

You can get a voucher and pay through my account.
To pay go to main screen then Payments

It won’t allow me to get that far.. it’s making me pick a plan but I already have an active plan… I lost my previous information so I have had to make a new log in. I don’t know my account number either..

Since your account is already on hold and you don't wait further without service, please buy a voucher from Shoppers Drug mart and then load the voucher using *611 to resume service first
For login My account, please try reset password and then login all using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser
If same, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
