I paid and phone dropped s calls & data doesn’t work

So, dropped calls as in calls came but just dropped during the call? you see the phone able to connect but some service not working?
Try to reboot phone, try Reset All networks on phone. And make sure no data limit on your phone
And last resource, submit a ticket with CS agent and they can help :

to avoid cache confusion, login My Account once again but use Incognito mode this time. Check if the amount was used for renewal, if cycle date updated to the new one, or maybe it wasn't used for renewal and the money sitting in Available Fund?

If cycle already updated to the new one, showing account is active, try to reboot the phone once again

@GoldRonin First try rebooting the phone . Or reset network settings . If that doesn’t help please message support to reset your account in there end
