I messed up voucher pins too many times on a phone call at *611 and got directed here. What do I do to fix this

You only get to attempted entries of the pm voucher PIN code before you have to wait one full hour before trying again. How many times did you attempt to enter voucher codes? Because you can get locked out similar to a credit card with a fraud lock. Hopefully you do not exceed five or six times? If not wait the one full hour try again.

What retailer issued the public mobile vouchers that you have?

You could wait an hour and try again or contact support. The first will be faster.
The words in the above image are actually mistaken. It's always PIN#.
