Received notification payment could not be processed. Credit card is fine. Re-entered c.c. details and payment went through (I can see in my bank app). Public’s system is not recognizing payment. Public has cutoff my service! Normally payment bills against c.c. automatically every month. Never had a problem and c.c. is in perfect standing.

Double check to see if her account is Active by login to her account and that the Subscribe button is enabled.
If it is then reboot her phone by powering off then back on.
If that failed, your only option is to contact a CS_Agent by submitting a ticket on the Chat bubble to investigate.

Had same happen with my Aunts account. She had my cousin message me to say her phone was not working because it had not been paid. My credit card is attached to the account - there was an authorization for the payment, but no top up in the account. I logged in and just had it make a payment again and it went thru. Hope my credit card is not double charged!! Two authorizations now appearing.
