When I sign in to the app it wants me to choose a plan and I already have an active plan and will not allow access to my account.

Did you send a private message to customer service agent?
The website and even app has caching issues. Maybe try to clear cache from app. Or delete and re-install app.
You can also try to login via website with a computer/laptop.

I am not getting an error I have an existing PM account and the $24 plan is active and working well but when I sign in it asks me to choose a plan. With that there is no avenue to get in to my account.

Set up now email address 3 days ago and I can sign in but only get set up new plan.

When is the last time you login into your account? Did you ever sign up for Eversafe login before?
If it has been a while since you login, you will need to create an eversafe login.
