Hello community, please help its been twelve hours since I ported my number from Chatr to Public Mobile. I responded "Yes" to sms when asked to approve the transfer by Chatr. Why is it taking this long? I created a Public Mobile account already. Thank you.

Thank you so much. It is working now removed Chatr physical SIM card and replaced it by Public Mobile SIM card then reboot the phone.

hi @cesar2025 did you remove the Char sim (or disable eSIM) and use only PM sim? if you did, reboot the phone and reset network settings.
if you can make calls and still not receive inbound, then it is a problem with porting. You can check with PM porting support team and confirm porting status. Have you removed your Chatr Sim card yet? Inserted or enabled the Public Mobile sim? You should do so if you haven't yet.
Anything work? Calls coming in? SMS coming in? Data?
