Do you still have services? If yes, this could be your account going through the normal renewal process. The SELF SERVE account can say "expired" or "suspended" on the day of or before your plan is due to renew. So if this is the case, ignore these messages on your SELF SERVE account.
Your title says "Payment problem", can you explain the problem?

@Freewill22 if your payment due is July 2 and you just paid now, you should see the amount you paid is keeping as "Available Fund". If that is the case, it will be used for the payment of July 2

Is your credit card on file and are you on autopay? Today is July 1 so your renewal will take place later this evening or after 12 midnight depending on where you live in Canada. As long as you are on autopay you are fine. If not on autopay make sure you have enough money in Available Funds.
