I have already applied for a subscription and payment has been made.
But activation on my phone fails.
I get a message to contact customer support, but my My Account is locked and I cannot log in.

@AyaVan Support should reply with with in the hour sometimes longer . Just keep an eye on your community in box for their reply

Yes, I tried logout & login in several times.
However, an error occurred, so I sent a message to customer support.
