Can I get more than 12 months back on payment history ? I am doing receipts for CRA for all of 2022

folks routinely ask March / April of every year for prior year‘s total for income tax and Public Mobile has previously provided this.
I don’t see any reason why they wouldn’t be able to accommodate this request even in October.
Please let us know what they say, if you kindly would.

only way to get that info for 2022 is message a CSA and request it. Here's a link to them...

Through PM account you can get up to 3 12 months of payment history.
I am not sure if PM keeps longer payment history. You can ask agent (use chatbot to create a ticket or contact agent directly - follow chatbot's instructions).

sorry, 12 months is how many months you will get
