I have a credit card on account which was used twice, but did not go through yesterday. Please advise.

Try clearing the cache and go incognito on your browser before login to your account. See if that helps. If not, as others have indicated, contact a CS_Agent.

@EduardN1 You can ry using *611 today if you know the 4 digits PIN
If you need to resume service urgently, get a voucher from SDM/711/Shell/London drugs and then load the voucher via *611 to resume service (Please note vouchers from other stores might have a 24 hours wait time )

if still does not work, submit a ticket with agent at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
