My account won’t activate and you guys touch a payment from me

hi @Don16 

did you use the PM app in the activation process?  if you started using the browser, you need to continue the activation  after the payment step.

if you have not used the PM app yet, please download the complete the activation there

if you already used the app and go into the problem, message support and ask for help.
