Hi
Was trying to activate my plan after a short international visit however the payment has been deducted twice but the plan isnt activated.
a payment of 36 dollars twice shows in payment history but not in available funds

So now the funds are showing in my account and I activated the plan - Plan status now active but when I make a call or use internet it says no available minutes and the internet isnt working

@Atamvir did you try logony Account using Incognito mode?? this is the mode you need to use to get the correct

Well the issue is that in the my account section it still shows that my plan isnt active and the account is suspended. So the funds arent getting applied to the account even after being deducted.
having said that, i did try the reboot method twice

Try rebooting your phone by powering it off then back on.

Yes so my account was suspended since ten or so days, tried to reactivate by paying but the money got deducted but doesnt let me reactivate service

try dialing 611 from your cell and listen for plan status.
