I'm trying to pay up my account so it can reactivated. My only payment method is with my bank debit card. I tried calling the service number but it said my call can't be completed as dialed. What can I do?
@LitlLdy- Thank you for that news. I did not know that was an option with that service. That's how the real time payments method works in like a Mobil store. Maybe I should have another look at ding and recharge.
@dust2dust , I edited my post to show the difference between the 2 on MuskBird to give options. I’m on the $15 3g plan & it only cost me 30 cents for the service fee.

@LitlLdy- Say what now?! Really?! You don't get a voucher pin code and then dial 611 to enter it (or use the account)?
@dust2dust , you can choose to do it that way Public Mobile TopUpwhere you purchase it & receive the pin in your email then sign into your Public Mobile Account to add it but I purchased the other option Public Canada RTR that tops it up for you by providing your phone #! Which this option works great if you can’t login to your account nor call 611 ! It was easier for me since I have dyslexia! 🤣

@CD617 , I pay on mine using vouchers I purchase online from MuskBird. I pay using e-transfer but you can pay using a card or PayPal. I provide my phone #, the amount I want to pay. I receive an email confirmation & after a few minutes it is automatically added to Public Mobile account without me even having to leave my home!
