How do you update a card ? My father's phone has never been registered online until today when I did it and all the App will do is guide me like I'm setting up a new account. This phone is vital to my father as he is a cancer patient and not having a phone due to the inability to update the payment card puts HIS life at RISK.
Please Advise ASAP !!! I cannot emphasise the importance of his phone.

@Steve979 , is the phone working? If yes, call 611 to use the IVR system. US the menu system to update the information.

@Steve979 your father account was never setup and hence not linked to the EverSafe login. Please engage support and have them to sort it out for you
