I opened my account and made my first payment on Dec 29th, shouldn't it be due on the 29th of each month, why am I being told it id due on the 27th this month?

@darmac rule of thumb is: on any month following a month with 30 days, the payment date stays the same; on any month following a month with 31 days, the payment date moves forward (earlier) by one day; in March (since Febraury is 28 days), the payment date moves backward (later) by 2 days, except on a leap year when it only moves backward by 1 day.

PM plan are 30 days per cycle - NOT per month. For months with 31 days, your renewal day will be 1 days earlier.
