Adding to above, giving more info during port is bad. Usually, best if use account number and name of person, nothing else. Adding more can cause problems. Except Speakout who needs IMEI or PIN.

From the self serve portal, you can port in your number. You will need your number that you want to port in to be active. You will also need 1 other piece of information about your number that you want to port such as an account number.

Many of us recommend you choose a temporary number to ensure your account has activated properly before porting.

@BusolaIf you have activated with Public Mobile already, go to your selfserve account and go to this page. Check the transfer box and enter the number you want to port in into the box and click Submit.
