Hey, does anyone know how to unlock your SIM card? I’ve tried contacting but I haven’t gotten anything back... please help

You will likely need moderator to get PUK number. Expect 1-2 day wait.
If you have a Samsung phone, sometimes you can directly contact Samsung either via online chat or phone to get the PUK number.
