I purchased a certified refurbished iPhone from Public's online shop a couple of weeks ago. For some reason my credit card wasn't processing and so I used PayPal to purchase the phone. Soon after purchase confirmation I decided to cancel the order. Public mobile sent me an email confirmation to confirm the refund. In the refund amount section, however, there was a $0.
It's been a little over a week. I have messaged paypal. The $312 is still withdrawn from my bank account. And it seems like Public has since rebranded(??) and done away with their phone shop.
I also submitted tickets and have received no feedback.
