I was away for several months and our IT guy tried to change my cc but the password reset emails verification don't actually arrive in my email (nor spam nor all mail and yes we know how to check!). Now the account has gone dormant so I'm stuck and will loose my number. Please verify how to reset my password? It's so frustrating cause it was working just fine? Anyhow, please help, tx!

where is chat support? No email received so therefore no 6 digit code to proceed with.

@sharirdnfs To reactivate your account purchase a voucher from SDM, London Drugs, 7/11 or Shell and add the funds by dialing 611 on your phone. There's also recharge.com who will email the voucher PIN for a fee. As long as the account hasn't been suspended for 90 days or more, you can reactivate it using vouchers and then you have more time to deal with the email and account login.
To reset email/password submit a ticket via chatbot or send private message with the following links, try chatbot first though.

AND the same thing happened to me this past summer but we were able to get it reset by having a moderator send a code to my email and that worked. So annoying!

@sharirdnfs if it has been more than 90 days suspended for non payment your account is closed permanently ,if not
to reset account password/ email you need the help of a service rep if simon won't work for you use option 2

This seems to be the second issue raised today. Reach out to the chat support and they should be able to help. Maybe it is a system related issue
Edit: Does it say request successfully processed when you reset and you dont receive an email or you get an error?

furthermore, the community emails and promotional emails arrive but not the password reset emails nor any warnings about my account type of account related emails.
