Trying to reset my password, but won't wok. Keeps telling me an error has occurred. Tried different browsers. What can do?

try clear cache first, then restart browser
or try Incognito mode ot Private mode
if still not work, open ticket with CS Agent
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. then type: "Forgot log in information", then follow the prompt
if you cannot get through chatbot to open ticket, message them here instead:

@Ehoganmw Have you tried incognito/private mode too?
If you're unable to reset it yourself, then submit a ticket or send a private message to support. Here's couple of links, try chatbot first.

Use incognito mode in Chrome Browser! It shall work hopefully
