Trying to reset my password, but won't wok.  Keeps telling me an error has occurred.  Tried different browsers.  What can do?

I need help.  I am locked out my account and no longer have access to my recovery email.  I am not seeing the option to receive a SMS text message instead.  Any idea what I can do?
