This ticket was issued at 10:40  this morning and I've heard nothing ,

While you wait for CSA to respond...have you tried any of the previous suggestions...eg; have you tried making payment manually ? Log in to your account / Payment / Add Funds.

Also, try dialing 611 to make payment with your on-file cc...you'll need your PM pin number.

Your other thread offered suggestions of making manual payments. You can do this in 611 or 1-855-4-pu-blic or logging in to the chatbot or obviously the account. You can buy vouchers or use real time payments. You would need your 4 digit account pin to use your registered credit card in 611. (pin not needed for vouchers)

@Russ1944bike    Depending on the number of tickets CSA's are responding to, their response can take anywhere from under one hour to 2+ so you might need to be a little more patient.  Keep checking the message box top right every half hour or so.
