Hello. I just recharged my plan via debit card online. My calls are working but the mobile data isn't working.

That:s a little strange as usually, people come across ths type of thing after activation. I'm assuming that data was workong before. Has there been any change in device or update in software?

More details about your situation may be helpful. Did you change plans recently? Did the data work before? Does texting work, etc...
You may want to try the lost/stolen trick to reset your SIM card.
