Hello. I just recharged my plan via debit card online. My calls are working but the mobile data isn't working. Help please!!

Hey. I payed for my plan by payment voucher and got the message that it's recieved but my calls, texts and data were all not working. My profile showed i still have money in my account. I changed my plan and now it says i have no money in my account
