Hey. I payed for my plan by payment voucher and got the message that it's recieved but my calls, texts and data were all not working. My profile showed i still have money in my account. I changed my plan and now it says i have no money in my account

When was your last renewal date?

Is your account status active?
Which plan did you changed to and what is your original plan?
