Double check to see if you're credit card for charged for it. If it didn't go through try purchasing it again. If not just contact the moderators.
If you're US add on is shown on your add ons then it should be working. Try enabling roaming on your phone. Sometimes carrier service in the US varies from area to area. So I recommend manually selecting a carrier sometimes. Usually T-mobile and AT&T should work. Also try clearing all your apps and restarting your phone while you try that.

If you tried one too many edits on your post within a short time, the post will disappear...have had it happen more than once to me too:).
If you didn't get a chance to use US add-on because it didn't show up in your account, first check and see if you was actually charged for the add-on. If you were then you need to message Moderator_Team as only they can look at your account to see what happened. If there was a problem from their end, then they will probably just reimburse you by adding what you paid as a credit in your account, which can be used to offset your next renewal payment.

How long ago did you select your US Roaming add ons (& which plan)? The US roaming add ons are only valid for 10 days & take effect immediately (so you’d want to buy the add on right before you need to use it).
Have you checked the following:
- verified what’s included in your Add On under your Self-Serve account?
- confirmed your device has roaming enabled?
If you’ve tried all other avenues, you can contact the Moderator Team here.
Keep in mind that response times can take 24-72 hours or more depending on volumes.

I also paid for us roaming unlimited talk. It showed up on my account before I left for the u.s. but when I got there it had disappeared. How can I get my money back?

@Guido72 Did you purchase an add-on? Which add-on did you purchase? PM offers two add-ons, they both cost $8. Did yu purchase the correct one?
Also U.S. calling from Canada will not be completed when dialed: 712-432, 605-562, 641-552, 605-475, 605-477, 712-775, 559-726, 530-881.
Are you trying to call one of the above area code/number combination?

Which US talk?
Did you add money into your account first and then buy the add-on?
Does at least the amount you added still show in your Available Funds?
Does the add-on show lower down in the add-ons area?
