I need help to finish setting up my eSIM I think? I don’t really know what happened but I need to talk to a real person and not AI

hi @HankMilo 

have you used the PM app to activate?  The PM app would install the esim for you.  If you only used the browser, you would only got to Payment and you need to use the app to complete the activation
