When I log in to my public mobile account it says Jan. 27, 2025:

09:36 AM Purchased 100 Minutes Canada-Wide Talk, 30-day plan $15.00. Available Funds: $0.00
02:14 AM Automatic Top-Up.
The 2 different times on the same date is concerning. There is only to be 1 charge per month . Provide explanations to me . Also, why did I receive a text on my cell phone that there is a hold on my public mobile account?

Bro you are too much of a shill. Sane thing happened to me and then a few hours later I got my account suspended even though I paid. Stop lying to people saying this is normal.

And why did i get a text on my cell phone saying there is a hold on my acct due to unresolved payment issue when I was assured that payment for my monthly plan was made to public mobile Jan. 27, 2025.

for the text, it was a hiccup with PM , the text was sent worng

for the 2 lines transactions, no worries, this is normal.

the Top up will happen first, and the money stay as available funds

then couple hours later, PM uses the money in Available fund to formally do the renewal. So, a renewal will have 2 transactions on Payment history.  This is like that for everyone that PM needs to charge from credit/debit card
