I upgraded to a different plan and I have been charged my previous plan as well. Help

did you use Change Now option? if so, this is normal , PM will charge you the new plan immediately. Should use Change on Renewal
but you can ask PM support agent and see if they can help
submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
