Hi,
I have new account for public mobile.
but I had to reactivate to the old account today so I paid this morning the cheap one on my phone.
I can see the new subscribed plan on my phone. But I can't take the text from CRA.
The website also says my account is still suspended now.
Could you help me out?

can you confirm if you can receive text from friend or receive inbound calls?
if you can, then CRA text will come later, 3 to 7 business days. This is normal for all number that just recently ported into new carrier, this is a feature to avoid sim fraud

@Jungae-Jay If services are working and the site suspended you can ignore this error message . But if you paid and services are not working first try to reboot the phone . If still no luck then
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send private message to support .
