I purchased $15 data on the 31st of December while I was in New York,

I was in New York for 1 day and it's didn't work....What happens to something that I've paid for and not get the service? 

I also ordered a SIM card in July 2024 paid $10 till now I have not received the Sim card

@Vnica   I think @slusagm is correct, you probably got the wrong add on, I don't see a US data roaming add on for $15.  For that price there is the US roaming talk & text only (no data) and one for 1GB data for use while in Canada only.   You will need to ask support about the sim card.

for $15, you might have bought the wrong add-on.  You might have bought the Roaming talk text only

PM is prepaid and usually do not provide refund.  But we saw in cases like that, they will put the credit back to your account, so ask them.

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
