Paid but subsciption on hold?

Hi, my payment went through today October 3 on my billing date, but my subscription was put on hold for 90 days? And I’m threatened to lose my phone number?? And I have 40ish $ funds available? But my payment I got charged was the bill amount of 46ish $?

what’s happening?

M’y service still seems to be working, maybe it’s just an update delay bug glitch thing? I’ll wait till the 4th October maybe see if public mobile system unglitch or stole 6$ and force me to change subscription to Same price but 50gb instead of 60 lol

It is forcing me to resub at same price but 50gb instead of 60gb I have. And it seems to have lost my 6$ cus I auto paid credit card the 46$ plan with taxes included. And I have 40$ available funds. And I only have 1 month of service this today hits my first month.

First, reboot the phone and see if your service is working

Also, there seems to be service issue in Ottawa-Hull and London, Ont, not sure if you are there and you could be impacted

and for the payment, and account showing On Hold, possibly just a cache problem.  Try login My Account using a browser with Incognito mode.  and check again.  If it still look wrong, please post us the transaction history for the last 2 months from the Payment history page, will try to help
