phone isnt working. Phone is dual sim and I transferred it to a moto g play 2024. System is not working. Cant connect to a Hotspot only wifi, no calls or texts received. It says the sim is registered and activated but my account says it on hold due to an issue and I need to buy a new sim. Can I use my old sim ? I literally just bought a new sim to transfer it to an esim and now its not working after working for a week. Everything has been paid. Is the system down or why has this all been such a pain?

First reboot your phone by powering off then back on.

If that didn’t work then contact a CS_Agent to look into it for you.
