Can’t access add-on data

I used my credits to purchase an extra gig of data. It’s showing up in my usage as available, but when I turn my LTE on I can’t seem to access it

time to ask PM to check and help

Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen       

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

To reset network settings on an iPhone, go to Settings -> General -> Transfer or Reset iPhone -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings.

I’m using an iPhone, there are no limits set and I don’t see a “reset network settings” option

maybe your have mobile data limit enabled? check and make sure that is disable first

Then reboot the phone and Reset Network Settings and try again
