I need to get a PUK code. Every time I go to the chatbot and enquire how to get it, I get the response to contact the support team: click here. Once I do, I get taken to another chatbot page. Question: By simply clicking on the "click here" icon, does that signal a message to a support member, or am I doing something wrong, as I want to submit a ticket to unlock my SIM card? I am new to this system, so any advice is appreciated.

You need to type in Submit a Ticket or Contact a Agent on Chatbot for an agent to give you the PUK.
