I lost my iphone this last weekend and I have locked my phone so it’s useless to anyone else. I’ve purchased another iphone and have a temporary phone number with Koodo till my new SIM card from public comes in the mail. The problem in addition to all of this is that I can’t remember my email password which means that I can’t log into anything it seems, including my appleID because everything requires a secondary verification. I can’t log in to my email, the App Store, my AppleID, my bank, nothing without either my old phone number or my email password in yahoo. Even when I try to do password recovery in my yahoo mail it requires either a text message or what’s app which is connected to my phone number too. It’s like I’ve been totally cut off and I have been struggling all week trying to keep trying different passwords every day till it locks me out for 24 hrs. It’s so frustrating. Any help would be welcome if someone has gone through this or if public mobile staff can help me get my phone number back this would help with my 2 step verification in recovering my life. Thank you.

Public Mobile's help page says 9am to 10pm EST, but I think that they mean 9am to 10pm ET as the east is on EDT now.

You will have to contact PM. Give them all the info you have and convenience them that the number belongs to you. They can't help with the email but probably could add a new one to your account. Also order a sim from Amazon it's much faster then getting one from PM but will cost $5
