I lost my phone and I need to retrieve my old number so I can access all my other accounts can a representative please get back to me ASAP.

when you lost you phone?
If you have been using PM service and just lost your phone, you can get a new PM sim card and ask PM support to help to update to the new sim card number and you can then resume service.

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
If you have lost your phone for sometime and the service was suspended for over 90 days, the account would have been closed and the number would be gone back to the provider which owns the number originally. You can try to message support agent using the above link and see if anything they can do
