Hello Public Mobile members. I have an important question to ask. The government of Canada has requested an official bill print out. I have submitted the monthly breakdown found online but the government deemed it as unprofessional. They said quality is too low and have asked us to provide them with an official bill. Is there an official bill that can be sent via email or is this one of the bottlenecks for being with an online phone service?

I have done as you stated and sent them a more detailed request on behalf of my family members. Hopefully the moderators get back to me with the official bill for fiscal year 2020. Our family business has been educating kids for over 30 years and due to the pandemic we need some financial assistance to remain in business for the future to come. And ironically this one extra expense is what the government needs from us in order qualify for the loan.

it's actually quite the opposite
our company works with kids so we need a loan from the government to remain in business

@IssacKu Nothing will speed up the response. This type of request will certainly be triaged to lowest priority.
You've been audited, eh?

It would be nice to have a section where we could print out the official bill ourselves. However, 1 or 2 months is quite excessive. Is there any way to speed up the process, by messaging a specific moderator that deals with the billing side? Thanks for the quick reply and Happy New Year Dunkman
check your inbox to see if anyone reply your at all.. if there is a reply from them already, you replied once and just no reponse, try reply it again... it helps..

If they're needing this for an address or identification verification purpose then it's not useful. Names and addresses are not verified here.

That's the big disadvantage for a low cost, no frills mobile company like Public mobile. To keep costs lower for everyone, less service, etc.... Once you contact moderator, maybe nicely ask moderator to do a more urgent request. Previous customers mentioned about the one month time frame. Hopefully, it will be quicker by now.

Does this request just provide one statement or every month thereafter?
How do you receive it...download or by mail..or?
Actually, I never needed to request one. From my understanding, just one statement for the period of time that the customer requested. I am not sure whether they actually mail the invoice/ email/download. Easier just to request the whole time period needed for tax purposes, etc. than monthly statements.

I will let others answer this.
It would be nice though if PM allowed you to choose dates and generate your own statement as an online option. My VoIP.ms account allows this.
