How can I download an official bill with both the payment history and the usage history?

Yes. My Account, usage, 30 days, download. The download has it all......but is it official enough for what you need?

@Yi98 PM can provide official bill showing the charges and tax. But the official bill won't show the usage Also, PM migjt need 2 to 3 weeks to prepare.
For the usage, You have to download the usage yourself at My Account
To order the official invoice:
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
