I have request to port my number from public mobile to chat my number is 647xxxxxx please help me my account number from you 1000000xxxxxxx please accept my request

I am assuming you may have already closed your account...did you get rid of your chatr sim?

Both accounts have to be active.
Remove autopay and credit card info from PM account.
THEN initiate porting at Chatr; leave PM SIM in a phone; you will receive SMS from PM asking you to authorize porting. Reply Yes within 90 minutes.
Porting should be done within hours. Most likely you will be ale to call using Chatr SIM but until porting is 100% completed all calls will still come to PM SIM.

@Kaujore - Is your PM account active?
Your Public Mobile account needs to be Active in order to port to Chatr.
So if it is currently in a nonpay/suspended status you will need to make a manual payment to reactivate it.
Best to change to the lowest $15 plan before you make a payment so you pay the less available.

To port your PM number to Chatr, the request must be made through Chatr. Keep your PM sim in your phone and PM will send you a text to confirm that you want to port your number out.
