Hello, a few days ago i bought 300 minute in Long Distance to call El Salvador but in the list of calling countries i did not find El Salvador so i want to cancelled so if anyone knows how to cancelled please let me know i don't want to pay the add - on if i am not able to call to el salvador and my AMEX credit card was already charge.

did it work ? they are usually pretty reasonable. at the very least they could also swap out another add on you would use or put the amount in your balance towards your next renewal

@5E PM is a prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund.   But for an honest mistake,  they might be able to reverse the purchase and leave the fund in your account for future use.  Please open a ticket with PM and see if they can help
