This will be my fourth line with PM. I have tried to activate a new account and have tried to process payment on 4 differnent cards. Same result each time "sorry we cannot process your payment."
I'm a little bit frustrated at this point. There is nothing worong with the cards or the addresses. I have tried different browsers as well.

Issue resolved. I had to contact a member of the mod team and within minutes the problem was resolved.
