@Community_QA  I did it few days ago…you need to enter the 611 in your contacts first. And after you can choose to stop the notifications for that number. Sorry the picture is in French…aucune means no…😁9326D44B-D390-4B33-BE85-92F629EE353D.jpeg

Currently - no but if it comes from fixed number (like 611) you can turn notification off (sound, vibration) and SMS will still arrive but you will not hear it.

Just select the sender and turn off notifications/sounds for it from your device's messaging service.

One and done.

Hopefully they fix that midnight text. It's supposed to come at noon eastern. In the meantime just silence notifications from 611. I wouldn't OP out of other texts from pm because you may miss out on freebies and special promos.

This problem has be ongoing for many months. Customers cannot opt out of text messages about renewals and rewards.  All you can really do is block the messages using your messaging client.  In the Android phone universerse using Google's stock messaging app, blocking really only archives the messages so that there's no notification given abou the messages  coming in.  The archived messages can still be reviewed at a later time.
