I was charged twice in January for two different amounts. Can someone tell me why?

If you could provide screenshot of these 2 payments we might be be able to figure out. Just might... What plan yo are on and how much taxes your province charges?

@Kharpur Can you go in your self-serve account and click on the PAYMENT tab and on HISTORY? You might see why and for what you was charged 2 times. I have read the same problem in the French forum…

Is it possible you've been charged for two public mobile services, or do you just only have one?
If you did an immediate plan change during the last cycle instead of waiting for the next normal renewal date, you would see the extra charge during the cycle since you effectively would abandon the prior cycle and start afresh.
Another option could be the purchase of an add on during the cycle - could that have happened?

Except we haven't yet past January 31st so we know that's not the issue for this particular case.

@Kharpur You need to post a screenshot of your Payment page from your self serve account for accurate help.
One possibility is that January has 31 days so it's possible to have 2 renewals in the month.
