My unlimited incoming and outgoing picture messaging has not been working for at least a week. Please help.
My unlimited incoming calls no longer shows in my plan instead it now shows that I am only subscribed for 100 airtime monthly minutes. I am upset that PM changed my plan without sending me any notification. If it is an error on your self-serve, please correct it immediately to my OLD plan which included unlimited incoming calls.
Lastly, what telephone hardware does PM support now? Their website no longer has this information.

@Theytookit The $15 plan has not changed, the 100 minutes is for outgoing calls. Incoming calls are still unlimited on all plans.

What phone do you have? Your phone could be affected by this announcement:
if you are using a device that released after 2017, generally, you can simply click Reset All networks or Reset network settings to get the latest APN
Also, you can make a manual update, here are the old and new settings
Old settings:
