Sim to ESIM

Hello, I have recently changed to iPhone 17 pro but they do not have a sim slot and only allow eSIM. How do I change my SIM card to use eSIM on my new phone? I have not transfer the sim over before deleting my data so I no longer have access to my old phone number and any texts sent to it

download the Public Mobile app to your new cell, log in to your Public Mobile account and you'll buy an esim.

To rebuy new eSIM., first, download the app on your new phone and login. 
If you have problem with receiving 2FA code, click "Didn't Receive code" or "Resend code" and choose either Send email or Send voice message

Once logged in, Click Account from the bottom, then click Purchase SIM Card and select eSIM. 

Once it confirms your phone is eSIM compatible, click Pay $  and Install  and follow the step to install the eSIM

So to keep your existing phone number on the iPhone 17, you download the Public Mobile app to your new phone.

Select purchase SIM card,  purchase eSIM from the account section.
