@88cranston LOL....i guess we forgot to tell you not to look at your account on renewal day unless you don't have service. Oops sorry...it does cause unnecessary panic, heart palpitations and other unpleasant physical reactions. Well you found out the hard way...but now you know.

@88cranston If you phone is still working that message means that PM is processing your renewal. Ignore the message and let the process complete. Everything will be back to normal by tomorrow.
If your phone is not working then that's a different story.

Ignore the status warning if you phone is still working.
By tomorrow morning, your account will be renewed and your account status back to active.

It's normal. Don't worry about it yet. If you see it 3 days after your renewal (which you won't) then worry about it.
