I signed up for the $34 40 GB plan + 5 dollar sim and now see they offer 50 GB + free sim.
Are they able to switch me over? I have received my sim but have not activated it yet.

@Nab26 If you haven’t activated it yet please contact support and tell them you want this plan first or create new account with new email using the sim you have now and activate on the plan you want and cancel the first one
